Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Urban Loom purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when received
- In its original packaging, including any tags or labels
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery. If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process. You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item, but we’ll cover the shipping for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
