At Urban Loom, we strive to deliver your handcrafted leather goods as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Since our products are handcrafted, some custom orders may take up to 5 business days to process. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.00
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.00
- International Shipping (7-14 business days): Rates vary by destination
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to international regulations.
